Won’t answer or return my calls been a month since my exam glasses should be ready by now

Wanted to get an eye exam to see if I might need glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful, and when they found out that I could benefit from glasses, but could also get by without them, there was no pressure to go one way or the other. Will plan on visiting again in the future.

Being given the run around and/or ignored regarding my glasses order. My emails have gone without response and when I call they say check again later. It should not take two months for my order, especially without any contact from Sterling Vision.

The business is terrible, they have ghosted me and my order is two months late. I have to go down in person and make a stink now, I hope they are ready.
Yes, at all Eugene-Springfield locations as well as Junctuon City.
I'm not sure, the best way to find out would be to call. Sterling Vision accepts a multitude of insurances.
