Tried to pay my bills in store… was told they Could only take cash for one of my services not the other? (Phone,internet) what sense does that make. I’ll be switching providers and canceling my services this week, so i can pay my bills in a store.. with cash if needed. Gave one extra star only because both my phone and Internet service has been decent luckily.

Their salesperson, Tessa Miller, is possibly the most prejudiced and disrespectful person I have ever met. Horrible experience. I will never use spectrum again. Hire some decent staff please!
