Very disappointed in the service. Our waitress was nice, she just wasn't very good at being a waitress. She approached us very quickly initially to get our drink order, but we weren't all ready. Unfortunately, it took several minutes for her to come back. We had to ask for napkins, which again took awhile to get. Had to ask for the mashed potatoes that I was supposed get instead of fries. She brought the mashed potatoes without utensils. She brought small containers in order to take the sauces to-go, which was nice except they had a couple dead gnats in the lids. We were over charged for our drinks, which were supposed to be $11.50 and $12.50 according to the menu. They charged us $14 for each drink. She said she wouldn't be able to ring it up correctly and instead offered take off the non alcoholic drink that she said would be $5, which we were charged $7 for. All in all, this place will never see my business again. Too many issues.

Great and tasty food. The service was A1!! The prices though were crazy but it's a high end place so I wouldn't expect less.

I sat at my table for almost 15 minutes before a server came over. Yes, I was waiting for two more people, but acknowledge my presence and ask if I want something while I wait. Other than that, the rest of the service was great and the food was delicious. I got an order of Brewery nachos (-jalapenos and +ground beef) for the table. Massive. Ate too many. Couldn't finish my wonderful avocado chicken sandwhich, but I took it home to have later.

The first time I came here, I had a really great time and Alexa was fantastic and took good care of the bar. I fully intended to give 5 stars as the Naughty Scot scotch ale was great and the service the first time was also wonderful. Then …Joshua, we're so sorry to hear about this experience with our service. This is definitely not the experience we'd want for our customers.
