Medford Rifle And Pistol Club is Great,!!! I have been a member four months now. I enjoy it very much. It’s open 24hr a day 365 days a year. Only a hundred dollars to join and $75 a year after that and you can shoot all you want. I go one to three times a week. They have training classes available for all types of shooters. Classes for beginners, classes for self defense or competition also classes for women. Some classes are free and others are very low cost. Every member I’ve met there has been safe, conscience and courteous. Nice to go on a cold morning or night and shoot in a warm indoor range.

As a club (not a business), the program offerings are entirely driven by members' availability to organize. It won't have something for everyone, and some of the things it has won't be for you. But whatever you try, you will find a strong consistent focus on safety. Your learning opportunities are limited only by your own inclination to listen, and to try something new.
Aaron Wood
Free safety classes even for non-members, but membership is affordable and comes with 24hr access.
Stacey Duncan
Knowledgeable, friendly volunteer staff. Free classes for beginners. 24 hr access for club members to the indoor range. I enjoy this very much.

No. Here is a link to the New Member Orientation Flyer that answers this and other questions. https://mrpc.info/unsecured_data/media/NMO%20Booklet.pdf
I was wondering how much does it cost and who do I pay I'm from out of town just passing through Medford for a couple days I'd like to go shooting
Yes
You found the only one in the valley.

Several archery clubs use the facility on Friday evenings http://mrpc.info/calendar/
Login on the website and you will be taken to a renewal page, or give the Membership Director a call and he will fix you up.
Yes, but the longest firing line is only 50 feet. That's not much room to stretch a rifle's legs, even rimfire. Centerfire rifles and rifle caliber handguns (e.g. an AR platform braced pistol in suppressed .300BLK) are not allowed. The target backstop and bullet trap are not designed for that level of kinetic energy.

Can i get a membership when i stop by and shoot that day? What are hours?
I believe that they will work with you as far as training goes. I remember needing my own gun for range practice after class. The place is full of people who love gun sport. It has a very dedicated group of volunteers that help to encourage safety and fun.
Call for times
The MRPC is a private members only club but invites public to many events and offers membership to responsible shooters. Range is a 14 line position open area,
It's a $100 annual membership. You can shoot 24 hours a day as long as no one has it booked. Some training is free and other class have there own fee schedule. I think one concealed weapons course is as low as $17 for members
