I was very impressed with the store personnel. Both sales people and repair crew are knowledgeable, helpful and charge fairly. CentriPEDAL is now my "go to" place for all biking needs.

James helped me buy my new bike today. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He took the time to help me try out a few bikes with different options to make sure I was getting the best fit. Felicia at the front desk was also very friendly. I highly recommend this business!

Always great service! It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the line for service was long, but moved very fast. The owner took time to check out my issue and assured me it was as quick fix! …

Hello Angelo. $15ea or $30 for the pair. You can see our list of services and prices here: https://www.centripedalbikes.com/articles/bike-service-repair-pg186.htm Thank you.
Should call and set an appointment. They were booked for weeks when I tried to go in for a tune up.
Thank you for responding Ryan. Arnold. It is often cost prohibitive to try to convert if the bike wasn't initially designed for it. It would be best if you could bring it in so we can take a look at this and give you a better idea. If the bike wasn't designed for disc brakes the conversion would likely be in the $500 range after wheels, fork, brake system, and welding the tabs on the back of the frame.
Hello Bhagwati, Unfortunately we do not have any bikes left under $1500. We have been completely depleted and we are unable to get new bikes for about 4 more weeks. Please reach out to us again toward the end of June and we should have a better idea of what is coming and when it will arrive.
Hello Leo. As Toto said, yes we repair bicycles. Please refer to our website here for details on services we offer. Feel free to reply here or call us if you'd like more inf. 510.742.2265 https://www.centripedalbikes.com/shop-services/repair-services/
No, unfortunately we are not an SE dealer. Sorry about that. The closest SE dealers are Bicycle Garage in Fremont and Area Cycles in Castro Valley.
Hello Sheela. Thank you for your inquiry. We carry Giant, Bianchi, and Frog brand 'bicycles and have all of these in 12" wheel size. We do not carry Royalbaby brand bicycles. They are primarily and internet and big box store brand and do not sell through bicycle stores that I'm aware of.
Our Basic Tune-up is currently $75. Its a pretty comprehensive tune-up but you can see our website at the address below for a description of what that covers. We also have a number of a la carte items if you need us to look at something specific. https://www.centripedalbikes.com/repair-services/ We have found that a tire sealant like Slime works the most reliably. The thorns in Fremont go through just about everything we put on the road so we concede that it will happen and the sealant will fix it as it happens. Commuters and students seem to be most happy with that. If you have a performance road or mountain bike we would suggest Stan's sealant instead. We do have tire liners that can be installed if you prefer. We carry Stop Flats brand. Tune-ups do not necessarily address flat problems as they are generally a result of what is run over on the street. After thorns, pinch flats are the next most common kid of flat which is usually the result of running low tire pressure.
Hello Eddie. Thanks for reaching out to us. Tire prices vary greatly depending on what you want and the size of the wheel. In general however most standard tires range about $17-$35 ea. If you need tubes the most common sizes range between $6-$8 ea. Our labor is $12/wheel. So the total could range from $70-$106. We'd have to see the bicycle to advise whether or not we think it's worth putting the money into. Our entry level bikes start about $380-$400. Feel free to reply, call, or stop in if you have further questions.
Hello Hans. Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the states for these few weeks. Presently we don’t have bicycles for rent. I would recommend contacting Bicycle Garage if you are in Fremont. They do have a rental fleet.
