I was very poorly attended by the management today 24/07/2022, she did not inform that I would not be served in the regular shopping exchange queue and simply told me that I was supposed to go to the end of the queue where you pay with cash, I just wanted to exchange my purchases and there was no information on the site, it was very rude to me.not enough employees to serve the cashiers, long lines and the cashiers for employees to attend are empty
