Is this in a developed nation? Seriously?!!.. the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever seen. I wonder if they do it intentionally or if they just don't care because it's a chain. I needed to pick up some medicine for my one year old and they made me come back twice in a day and each time I had to wait for more than an hour. It's a tube of ointment that they had to pick up from the rack and give. Is there some place I can lodge a complaint?

Every time when I come here it has at least 10 people ahead me or 5 cars ahead. I have to wait at least 30 minutes on every single visit for the pick up.

Worst place. Welcome to America. Everything is slow here. It takes 5 hours to take 1 medicine ready??? Really??? I'm sure the efficacy is way better even in Africa! Worst place. Will never go here again

Extremely low efficiency. I have signed up for covid vaccine at 8pm in the evening but ended up waiting for 1 hour after the appointment time. No one gave me any update during that time, till I complaint and ask them. No one was ahead of me for vaccine in this entire time. The room is also not cleaned. I don’t know what they are doing !
