Do not trust that you can use this post office. Dont trust the hours online, dont expect them to answer the phone to get the real hours and dont trust the ever changing sign on the door. They are open 3 hours a day but that changes all the time and sometimes they are not open at all

I never write bad reviews usually because I give people benefit of the doubt but I had really bad experience here few days ago and I thought it was important to share. I went to pick up my mail for my newly built home (which doesn’t have the mail box installed on the street yet) and have recently rented it out. I have had changed my address for my personal mails but it would take a month or two for all mails to stop coming there so I just came to pick the few mails which was coming there still. MORGAN was extremely rude to me. I requested her to atleast give me the bills as they must be getting due. I was told by the city that I can create the online account for my water bill to pay online from the first bill as it will have the account number. She REFUSED to give the mails to me which was under MY NAME. Not only that, she was very rude to me. She said “you could have just have had everything under tenants name from the beginning but you chose not to do it.” I felt very humiliated as there was another coworker and a customer present listening to the conversation. I left there without my mails and tears in my eyes. I hope someone reads this review and fix this issue and her attitude.

It's a small place but all the employees at the front are great! Very Friendly.

The lady in there was very nice and I sent of my packages with no problem I was in and out in 5min.
