horrible place, they have no communication skills. I made an appointment 4 months in advance to get a health certificate for my dog because we are traveling to a country that requires a health certificate to enter. They said they could do it to the country I am traveling to. I call one week in advance to the confim the appointment and they said “yes we can do this health certificate”. The day before the appointment is scheduled they call and said “we can’t do health certificates for the country you are traveling to.” This was ONE DAY before the appointment when they had 4 whole 30 day months to say something and choose to say nothing. I am now running around like a crazy animal begging other veteranary places to help me get a last minute appointment when they are already fully booked. Thank you Lathrop Veteranary Center for being so helpful and making my life stress free.
