How much are ear lobe piercings? Are they done with a gun or needle?

Lobes are 50 for the set, includes basic jewelry. And they are only done with a needle, which is the safest way to pierce.

Do you take walk-ins or is an appointment necessary for nipple piercings ?

I went in as a walk-in for that. It depends on their availability

I am wanting to repierce my nipples. I have had them done years ago and took the jewelry out back in January for a chest xray and now can't get them back in. Can they be repierced?
