This isn't your Grandma's Bob Evans anymore. The service was slow. Potatoes were hard and the sausage patties didn't taste right. I came back a few days later to get a burger which was horrible and they didn't even melt the cheese. Don't go here for lunch!

Always has classic comfort food. If they're busy, service will be slowed. Summertime is great because of all the strawberry dishes they added. I had the Double Meat Protein Bowl (pictured). It has sweet potato chunks instead of home fries. It contains green bell pepper and not the green onions that the menu lists. This cost them a star. The last time I was there they burned hamburgers for 4 guests in my party. It seems like the cooks only do a good enough job not to get fired. Since ownership of Bob Evans changed, the menu changes, service and quality have taken hits. This is not the Bob Evans restaurant chain I grew up loving.

Bought a family dinner to take to my daughter who was coming home with a new baby. The food was ready to pick up at the requested time. It was hot when I got it home and it was extremely delicious! The staff was also very polite and courteous.

Ordered it through doordash. My driver had to insist on plastic utensils for me. My mashed potatoes were not only cold, they had the wrong gravy on them. All the food was cold. But to their credit they sent a container of the right gravy. A little late since the wrong one was all over it. The wrong salad dressing for my salad and no butter for my rolls which were all dough in the middle. The worst meal I've ever had from Bob Evan's.

Yes they are. Door Dash delivers for them.
Hi Helen, Many times Uncle Bob's (as I call it) will replace one soup, like the Bean soup for another soup like Chili, because they both have beans and they have a limited variety so they try not to have similar ingredient soups. Once the Chili goes away they may bring back the Bean soup. Another reason they remove any item from the menu is low sales in general. They do not remove from specific restaurants, rather regionally or nationally. I hope they do bring it back; I liked it too. I also like the Chili also and am sad when they remove it in Spring. Hope this helps though it's not as specific as I would have liked to be.
Just talked to my BE's Manager, GFS(Gordon Food Service) delivers it to BE, but where it comes from from there, he didn't know.
