Poor management. Woefully inept customer service. They make cancelling an onerous ordeal, and then play collection agent on you when the billing date cycles. Brenda in Concord, CA handled my son's cancellation poorly hassling him over $34.99 incessantly when he couldn't go through all their steps to cancel in time before the billing date. As such, I'm cancelling my membership as well.

The place is good. Staff are very unprofessional and rude. I stop by to ask for information about membership. The guy who had to show me the place told me “bro I am tired of working and I have to train. But you can find information on our website”. What kind of service is this? we will not go back there

Just came by This gym as I was told Sunday when signing up that they’re we’re officially opening Thursday. Drove by and noticed the parking lot and gym completely empty. Today is Friday and supposedly hours starting at 5am but I was unable to get in and no one was inside. At least have a note outside for a back up date if it’s not the original date?!?
