Jeff is the best. He’s done all my families loans for 15 years. We have difficult loans and he always gets them done.

I bought my first home in 2010. Jeff & his team were awesome. They made the process very easy. He was very patient with me. Being a person with a disability we had to look for certain features. Everything worked out great.

Jeff was the best possible person we could have gone to for our mortgage refi, and for mortgage information and guidance. 10/10 for service, 10/10 for communication, 10/10 friendliness, 10/10 for the best possible rate - no one could come even close! Jeff gets my highest recommendation, and it is uncommon that I leave such a strong recommendation for anyone - but Jeff distinguished himself in every way. We wouldn't go anywhere else in the Bay Area or California for a mortgage.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
