Terrible customer service from this State Farm office. Not available to answer phones during office hours. Did not file appropriate paperwork with lenders resulting in extra fees. Refused to calculate my rebate when I cancelled our insurance plans and did not follow through on sending a confirmation email. Stay away from this poorly run insurance office.

After considering two equivalent policies I took a boat policy with State Farm. A couple of months later they canceled the policy in the middle. When I went back to the other insurance carrier the price had gone up. It appears State Farm and the Kite agency decided to make up new terms and excuses so they can maximize profits. They did not care enough to at least complete their year contract. I had to spend my time again to shop for insurance and wish I had taken the other policy. To me it seems State Farm only cares about the $ and they will sell you down the river (so to speak) in a heartbeat.

My wife has been with State Farm for almost 30 years and I have been with them for 17 years, we recently had a fender bender and a break in to one of our vehicles.
