Vintage faire is a much faster paced and crowded mall. There would be too many dogs and or the dogs could easily get trampled. Still it's not just one person one dog, but rather many people with small dogs, then you have another perspective what's small to you maybe someone else's medium. Now the mall would have to dedicate more personnel to handle dog issues, which cost a lot of money, every day, all day. People are like dogs except they do not spend money, but they do cost money. Money well spent bec. I too am a dog lover. The mall however, is in the business of making money. To allow not just you but every other would be small dog owner this privilege is not prudent legally and not cost effective if you are not in the business or can easily accommodate our canine pals. It is nothing personal. Too much of an extra expense, from a business and again a legal/ liability perspective. I hope this is helpful. Many are reenacting,the no dogs allowed bec. Everyone has an emotional S.D now

No, It’s not a service animal don’t bring it In, the only Animals that can be and are recognized as medical equipment are Dogs and Mini horses, Don’t bring your pet into Stores when it’s not medical equipment and don’t try to pass your Pet as Emotional support because Emotional support Animals don’t have Public access and you could face a 2 million dollar fine for faking or jail time for Distracting a service dog or Mini horse

There used to be a small both somewhere in the mall that sold custom decals for cars, they also sold shirts with custom photos and coffee mugs, I haven't paid attention if its still there but last time i saw it was towards the middle passed the Sears.

You know when I went and got tested it was kind of awkward the way we were pulling into the covid testing area I think they need to make a better adjustment on how people come in and out of the testing area because you are actually sitting there a long time and plus there people that are just pulling up without appointments I was one of those and you know that adds to the traffic that's coming in. So maybe it's that someone needs to speak to whoever is in charge of the area the testing area and let them know that it's a problem but yeah there is an issue with the logistics of the testing site

Well all we can do is be more cautious when driving in the area. I know it's a inconvenience but we will have to work with it for now

I called the mall to ask the question. They said puppies are allowed to enter mall as long as they are off the floor. For example as long as they are in your purse or in a stroller they are allowed to enter the mall. Hope this answers to your question.
