I camped here in July, 2020. It is a nice and quiet area with most of the campers gone fishing all day. I stopped in just to overnight and tour the Island Park area on motorcycle. Rained all night turning the 3/4 mile dirt access road to slick mud. Had to call my spouse to come rescue me.

It's beautiful! But isn't all of Island Park beautiful. There was a little snow but the trip wasn't bad. It leads you to Rosie's Falls. Someone has carved a beautiful bench to sit and enjoy the views.

We didn't stay in the campground. Kind of wandered in off a beautiful hiking trail, due to snow obscuring the trail and we followed some footsteps. It looks like a beautiful place to stay and with all the trails and a waterfall near by, definitely worth checking out.

Great place to stay. Nice relatively private spots with fire pits that have stove hangers, graveled spaces to set out a tent. Large picnicking tables as well. Firewood is available for purchase. Be sure to take the trail down to the water. It's a bit of a steep incline, but worth the trek down to the water. Please utilize the bear boxes and be considerate of your neighbors and don't run the generators late into the night as the whole camp can hear you.
