Please be aware this store doesn’t accept return! I have sleeping bags too small and they not accept it! Also some of camping stuff I never used they still not accepted! Finally I call the customer service and thankfully they accept my return online and I’m able to ship all the item back to their headquarters. This store return service is really bad! They not even check my stuff and refuse my return! How come a service like this! Service too bad!

Pros: They have really good stuff The staff are nice Cons: In the back you have to wait in line for your number to be called. They spend soooo much time talking to people that you wait so long you just end up leaving. It's ridiculous I can just imagine the amount of money they turn away from not taking into account the people waiting and not tending to them. It's very frustrating and seems that they don't care. It's great that their willing to talk to their customers, but there needs to be something done about this. It happens everytime.
