This place has everything I really need to get a workout done and the facilities are pretty well maintained. It is a little cramped though.

A terrific gym with all the facilities and equipment you need for a complete fitness program I’m a jaded New Yorker who is staying in Atlanta for a few weeks. In the NYC area, I’m a regular member of Chelsea Piers (CT), which is probably one of the best facilities in the NY Metro area. The Forum is every bit as good, offering me everything that I could ask for and allowing me to maintain every aspect of my training & fitness program while in Atlanta. And as a bonus, I got to meet one of my NBA (Knicks) heroes who, it turns out, is regular user! So I thoroughly enjoy The Forum and strongly recommend it to anybody who is serious about their health and fitness

Depends on your susceptibility to gym intimidation. The members I saw were pretty serious about their fitness. But they have lots of good classes and the staff is friendly.
