This Ross store looks like it’s going through it. every time I come here it’s super messy. Opened boxes of toys unnecessary trash, restaurant cups left on shelves. Just overall unorganized do better at picking up at least go around throwing the trash. Makes me want to leave without buying anything. Not to mention the bathrooms are super disgusting. They smell and one of their skin had a bunch of toilet paper and the other sink had what it seem like fecal matter.. please do better I will not be coming to this location again.

Came to this store twice to return items but every time the system was down. When I asked the cashier when it would be back she snapped back and said I can’t tell you when. I don’t mind not being able to return something, but I would like to not be talked to like that.

The entire store was in complete disarray, like a storm came through. Clothes, merchandise on the floor of every aisle. Manager hiding in the back. No one was trying to pick up anything. Instead, there was an employee putting more stuff out. The whole situation was laughable. Never seen a store that messed up…. Not even at Goodwill.
