When you call the office, 9/10 times no one answers. You leave a voicemail for the office with no response. The people are nice when you're forced to walk up to the office, just don't expect to talk to somebody. Also, they can't get rid of the beehive in the laundry center, regardless of the tenants who are allergic to bees. 🙄

Summary: RATS, BROKEN TOILET, NO MAINTENANCE FOR OCCUPIED UNITS, EVEN RENOVATED UNITS ARE DAMAGED. This place has been a nightmare unfortunately. Move in was late, apartment was filthy, toilet broken over a week and still not fixed. There are rats we’ve seen already, dishwasher is still broken, ceilings are damaged and stained in every room. There is a hole in one of the bedroom doors that the agent said the company would not bother to replace. The apartment was also not cleaned before move in (despite having moved our initial move-in date by 2 weeks). There were dirt boot prints all over the living space. Trash is strewn all over the property as well. To top it all off, when we asked about getting our toilet fixed in the office, at 4:40, the agent said her maintenance team does not do work near the end of their shift. Huge disappointment.

These Apartments are overpriced and have a poor maintenance! The management literally doesn’t care about their residents and are rude, Our dishwasher always breaks and the management never sends anyone to fix it. It takes them a good four months to come back and fix our dishwasher. When we call up the management says this is not an emergency and you can wash dishes by hand, They don’t understand that it can be very time-consuming to wash the dishes by ourselves ; Every time the maintenance guy comes and fixes our dishwasher, It works for a while and then stops working again. We are so tired of constantly running into these problems and raising multiple work orders,. The people in the management seemed to have a bit of an attitude as well DESPITE doing nothing to help the residents.. Makes me wonder how they’ve become worse. Saw some videos on YouTube 10 years ago when they actually cared about their apartment’s conditions. They had better equipment's and everything. I believe since less Americans live here, they don’t have anything to worry about and that’s what has made them this lazy and unconcerned. Some apartments do have maintenance problems as well but this management team has taken to an another level. They keep over charging after every lease renewal but do not maintain their service levels accordingly.

I had the pleasure of having Que being my leasing agent and helping me throughout the whole process of finding the right apartment, giving me so much information, and just making my first experience with apartment searching so easy. She has been so engaging, open and a breathe of fresh air during everything. Overall I’m extremely satisfied, and excited for move in! She completely went above and beyond and I forever be grateful for all of it!
