Terrible service. Needed a prescription Transferred and there was no help with getting it transferred after requesting it several times through the app. I proceeded to call this location multiple times and was left on hold for over an hour.

I needed to transfer a prescription. I called the pharmacy. I waited on the phone for an hour. I had to call the main number, the person who took the call was very abrupt not letting me tell them why I was calling. I wanted them to transfer the call. The transfer was done but it was another 10 minutes before the pharmacist took the call. She was not only abrupt but also very nasty telling me she was very busy, she didn’t care about my waiting on the phone for an hour+ and it wasn’t her problem that I had to transfer the prescription. Before I could finish my conversation she hung up. This is the first time I’ve posted anything like this. I’ve used CVS for 20+ years. No more. I’ll move my prescriptions to Express Scripts after this.

I have been on hold with the pharmacy for 22 minutes and can't get anyone on the phone. Couldn't get anyone when I called this morning right at opening either.

Needed an MicroSD card while visiting LBI and they had them thankfully. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a good CVS, would recommend. Five out of five stars.
