Twice now we have tried to use their service department, and twice now we have had to drive further to another dealer to get our needs met. I do not expect anything extraordinary. Just simple customer service. They have failed twice. Next time I will skip the 2 hour wasted trip and start at the other dealership.

Not sure on all of what they are doing but while I was there everyone was wearing masks, practicing social distancing and there were signs as well as hand sanitizer available in several areas.
I don't know but if you call them they will gladly answer your question.
What ever the problem is (Multi-function Display), it is covered by warranty no doubt. Call the dealer, I'll bet they can fix it in a snap. Have U checked the fuse panel? I wouldn't be surprised if it's as simple as a blown fuse, which U could easily replace.
