i will not be coming back here. i called in and made an appointment and yet I had to wait an entire hour before they even began to attend to me. a job that should have taken 1 hour literally took 3 & 1/2 hours. i cannot go back to a place that does not respect people’s time. additionally my hair is short and she charged me as if i had medium length hair ?? i’m pretty sure that if i actually had medium length hair i wouldn’t have come in wearing hair extensions that get me to medium length…sometimes it’s better to pay more for a better experience. this is your sign to NOT come here. hey i just want to update my review… i gave this salon not one, not 2 but 3 more tries after my first review. the first time i came back i got a sew in done and to be honest, the women who does the sew ins seems to be the only good stylist there. this was my only semi-good experience at this salon, although i didn’t like how she kept pressuring me to buy one of their hair products after i already said no. the second time i gave them a chance was 2 weeks after my sew in had been installed. the hair stylist that washed my hair kept splashing water all over me?? and then when she was styling my hair she kept burning my scalp every second. she also seemed to be in a rush to finish even though it was early. so frustrating. and the third (and last time) i was here the stylist who washed my hair was super rough, she nearly ripped one of the tracks off my hair and didn’t even wash my scalp properly. i had also asked to get my edges relaxed and she charged me $20?? ridiculous. then when i’m under the drier she took me off even though my hair was not fully dry, and when she finished styling my hair the curls were so puffy & the following day it looked like a knotted mess. so yes, i gave this salon 4 tries and each time i was more disappointed than the last time. i now go to a different salon and they do soooo much better. please don’t bother coming here. don’t say i didn’t warn you.

They put keratin in their shampoos and conditioners and do not tell you. My curl pattern is gone and I constantly lose my hair, more and more each wash. DO NOT GO HERE!

Manager is rude and unprofessional. They really can’t cut hair , I tried this place many times and every time I’m more and more disappointed. Let’s not talk about nails they really can’t fo nails to save their business. I’m so surprised they still open
