Love this gym. Manny signed me up and it was that day I felt part of a family here. I am encouraged and welcomed when I walk in. I love the classes and fitness equipment. The trainers are all good. Friendly relaxed environment with no drama. I love it here!

The place is very nice but some of the staff I feel need to take a customer relations training. Simple acknowledge and common courtesy goes a long way. I tell you one thing the maintenance grew is very nice and friendly. I have 3 business and always explain to my staff, people need to like coming in and dealing with you because if they don't then they will go elsewhere. Nyc is full of competition.

I signed up for this gym two months ago and my experience so far has been good. The only reason I would give this Gym 4 stars is because of CLEANNESS and some staff are are not very professional. BATHROOMS are always smelly and trash everywhere. Specially during morning around 7 am… looks like none cleaned up from the night before. I know PLANET FITNESS CANNOT COMPARE TO XPORT FITNESS BUT planet fitness bathrooms are super clean and always smell good. However, I do love their fitness classes, pool , spa and so on. I enjoy it all the time.

This gym is decent. However, there is major room for improvement. They offer a spa and when you request to use it, the workers always have an excuse on why you can't. They need to hire people who are there to help the customers and someone that knows how to use the machines. Its frustrating that I drive over 30 minutes to come to this gym and use the amenities and I'm unable to (including but not limited to the hydro machine and facial.) Save your money and your time. This gym is not worth it.

Yes you enter in a separate entrance facing the parking structure on the third floor by Macy's
If you park in front of jcpenny there is free parking ,all you do is walk in the mall on that side and up the escalator. If not you can pay the mall parking at A discounted rate. Hope this was helpful.
For day care not to excercise
It's 9.99 a mth for the very basic membership just the gym equipment no pool no classes. 40$ for the premium membership which includes all the bells and whistles. Hope this was helpful.

Just like Elizabeth said it's clean you get the 2-hour parking. I don't know anything about the downpayment payment because I never paid one maybe because I join when they first open. And you get the chance to pull the basketball court all included in the membership and if you want to bring a guest to pay that $39 plan this is just for yourself just $10 a month
