Horrible experience had to schedule online because nobody answers the phone and when left message took several days for someone to call back. When went for my appointment they rescheduled me because they didn't have time to do what I needed which was fine since hard to choose the service online. The nail tech Kayla was late to work told me she didn't have time to do everything I needed. Informed her that is why I was rescheduled. She was very rude I should have left and wish I had. I ended up with the worst polish I ever had. Less than 24 hours and polish is peeling off. Color is uneven and edges are uneven. And charged me $50. I will never go back.

I’ve been coming here for years, always liked it. But since the new management has taken over it has totally changed. The service, cleanliness and friendliness have gone out the window. Kayla, the gal that did my pedicure was unfriendly, unprofessional and in fact seemed annoyed that she had to work on me. I will not be back.
