I have now had two great experiences at Chic Nails. The nail salon is clean- a must! They were also accommodating to my schedule which I appreciate. Kim has been a delight both times- always cheerful and pleasant. She is also meticulous with her work. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Thank you Kim!

Do Not Go Here! The guy who did my nails was in a rush the entire time. I got a gel pedicure and gel/acrylic nails and it was all done within 1.5 hours. I never get my nails done but it was my wedding the next day so I was a little indecisive about what colors to get. After a rushed pedicure with almost see-through toenails he finished my acrylics. I was on my phone a bit because of wedding preparation but at no point did he tell me I was moving too much. After I got my nails done I wanted to cry because they looked really bad. I told him I didn’t like them and he started screaming at me in front of everyone. Telling me I was wasting his time and that I was there for over 2 hours, which was not true. The he yelled at me to “Give him the money” and then ripped my card out of my hand. I have never been so embarrassed in my life! I then started crying and went outside where not one person who worked there tried to really fix the problem or check on me. I will never be going to this place again and I suggest that you don’t either unless you want to be treated terribly.

Deserves zero stars. The gentleman was awful to me. He screamed and embarrassed me in front of the whole store. $102 dollars for not filled in acrylics and a horribly filed nails and see through toe nails.
