I have been coming to this location for several years. They always have the most incompetent staff. The front desk are not knowledgeable whatsoever, they do not even possess common sense. Expect the worse customer service here. The optician I see is not very helpful either, she gave me a new prescription but never told me I had dry eyes or catarasts. Not professional and definitely not caring, this offfice contains the oddest employees ever. Double check everything. No trust at this location. Good luck.

Called to get a replacement frames due to lousy craftsmanship (the frames broke while I was cleaning them). Didn't have the color I had anymore and was told that she had the exact frames but different color so I said go ahead, no mention of cost. Picked up the glasses still no mention of cost, got a bill in the mail a month later for $329.00 for new lenses and frames. I never authorized new lenses and she told me the new frames were exactly the same so why new lenses, there was nothing wrong with the originals. I only paid for the frames and won't be back, from now on I will order online at least they stand behind their frames or I found the exact frames at Walmart for half the price.

I went in to order glasses only it has been 3 weeks no call on status, when i call no one picks up or returns my calls the front desk doesn't help My appt. was scheduled for end of may 3 month out. I had to get the test done somewhere else. I ended up ordering glasses on line and got them in 4 days!
