We were really disappointed with our experience with toll brothers. Jing helped us and was very unprofessional, mean, and being demeaning to us. Couldn’t answer our questions, very condescending, keep repeating “we are very luxurious”. When we asked her what’s the price per square foot, she told us “we never talk about price per square footage for new homes” without telling us why. It was an really unpleasant experience and we would not buy a home here.
