Yes as long as they are on a leash or runner at all times. Also they need to not be an aggressive dog.

Yes they do, and there aren't really any rules as for requirements it had to be a certain year or earlier and not look like complete trash i believe, anyway the number is 360-388-7365 you should just give em a call the can correctly answer any and all questions you have better
