The Medford, Oregon group was extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish.

Lloyd was great in helping me pick out a suit. And a few days later when I came back Dwayne was very helpful as well.

Painless shopping for big and tall and wedding party. Thank you for carrying tall sizes and making this super easy. Great service!

This place will never get money from me again. Show up at the store 3pm on Friday 7/1/2022 with a hand written note on the door saying. : Appointment only due to staffing issues. Pick up and returns only. I wasn't buying a tailored suit. I just needed to buy a shirt that I would have sold to myself! No need to go back! Too many days like this and they won't need that sign anymore.

Wear a mask, but they let you try on what you need.
Regular store hours are Mon-Fri 10-7, Sat 10-7, Sun 12-5.
Yes from 10am to 6pm
Prior to my last trip to Albuquerque I was in the Men's Warehouse in Medford. They told me that every Men's Warehouse nationwide does suit streaming and pressing. I purchased my suit at Men's Warehouse in Medford and the Men's Warehouse store in Albuquerque completed the steam and press in about 15 minutes for free. I know it's free nationwide if you purchased the suit at Men's Warehouse. There might be a fee if you didn't purchase the suit from them but I personally don't know about that part. Best to call and ask them but I doubt it would cost much. Side not from the selection process, fitting, tailoring, and including the steam and press both locations provided excellent service. I will do business with them again in the future. Hope this helps!
No. You have to buy a custom suit through them.
Never seen any there.
Yes they will! I've done it before myself.
Sometimes 2 or 3 days, sometimes longer. The main problem with alterations at Medford Mens Wearhouse is the tailor does not have consistent hours, he is often absent from work and secondly almost every tailoring job he's done for me needed to be re-done - he's just plain bad at tailoring.
