For as often as I frequent El Tapatio, I'm surprised it's taken me this long to write a review. This is definitely one of my favorite places to grab an after work margarita or Paloma! The staff are all very friendly, but if you're able to grab a seat at the bar, Tino will take your dining experience from "Good" to "Great"! He's prompt, friendly, personable and professional. His service is truly top tier! See you next week, Tino!

I often meet a friend here for after work drinks, they make the BEST Paloma in town! During our most recent visit we made a suggestion to the bartender, Tino. Before we left he had put our suggestion into action and we both really appreciate that he listened and did what he could to make our visits more enjoyable. It's nice to be heard, thanks Tino!

Food was OK but not great, the service was terrible. Very slow. Not that busy, and very, very slow. The waiter took forever to bring our tickets to pay, then he said he mixed up our debit card with our friends card. We payed each others bills to make it easy on him. Then checking our bank accounts, he charged both meals to my card. Is it THAT hard to go out to dinner these days and expect decent competent service ? I guess so. With all the places to dine out in Medford, I don't care if I ever come back here again.
