Last week I had an urgent need for taking copies, notarizing some documents. I was tensed about this and the the staff here made it very easy. A lady took all my copies exact to scale as I wanted when I was unable to do that. A man guided me about the notarization process. I felt that the whole process went smooth for me because of the kindness extended by the staff. They lay out the rules UPS has to follow initially itself making it easier to understand. I have been going there to drop amazon packages over the past year and have not had any issues either.

My visit here to return an Amazon package took all of thirty seconds. The clerk was polite, in good humor and impressively efficient. It made a very long day much shorter. I do appreciate it.

Unfortunately the folks working today could not figure out how to print a ups third party tag for my package. They told me to go to west Chester pa ( not close). When I checked w the west Chester location - they do open until 5:30pm!? Is ups serious??We cannot process Third party account numbers. We are: "The UPS Store", we process multiple shipping methods including USPS options. We are not UPS corporate. The customer was informed that his account number is only valid at UPS Corporate locations, i.e. a UPS hub, We have no mechanism for processing a payment from a third party direct Corporate account number. The customer was informed of this, given other options, and then flew into an uncontrollable rage. -We regret not being able to help this customer with his shipment.
