The outlet is open as of yesterday. Most stores are open but did not really notice if Guess was. I do know that Eddie Bauer has not reopened since the shutdown. There will be a wait line to get in to stores if shopping volume is high. Lots of fantastic deals.

Some of the stores are open. Simon center decided to be open to the public wednesday but that doesnt mean all the stores are all. Every store is different and they are following certain guidelines to ensure the customers and workers safety are met.
