We visited this location during our bachelorette trip and we had an amazing time, the customer service was top notch. We really enjoyed our instructor and all the sexy dance moves we learned. It was also our first time doing aerial training and that was a blast and so relaxing. We were all definitely sore the next day but it was worth it!!!!

During my trip to NOLA, my cousin surprised the group and I with a pole dancing class here. Our teacher was Paul and he was AWESOME, I can't emphasis enough how comfortable he made us feel. Even when I know we weren't doing all that great, he was very encouraging and positive haha. He made sure that everyone was getting the moves down and helped us individually step-by-step if needed. The class was fun! Props to the people who do this professionally because it's a lot harder than it looks. It's a great workout and fun. We did a sexy dance choreographed by Paul himself, some pole dancing, and then we ended the class doing some stuff on the aerial hammocks. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we got a good workout in! I'd definitely recommend this place, whether you're just visiting or want a fun workout to do every so often. Sidenote: We also wiped down our poles after we were done, which is a big plus for me and the water they had was SO refreshing (maybe it was just because I was hot and sweaty haha).

I did not realize how much I would love this studio. The instructors are so encouraging and helpful. It’s not an intimidating environment and plenty of accommodations are available if needed.
