Their service is good but it smells really bad when you get in. I believe that one or more workers uses a perfume or incense that is really offensive and bad. Please, keep your perfume or any personal smell for yourself.

Drivers pull up in front on my house, scan the package as not deliverable and then leave, all while I’m standing in my driveway waiting for them. Every time. I call CS every time to post a complaint and request a callback from manager. I’ve never received one. I’ve never received my packages without having to go pick them up myself. FedEx is not a delivery company, they are a frackabout company

This is a Ship Center. I didn't see options for passport photo. Consider trying the Ship and Print or Walgreens/CVS/Staples/Post Office
The driver forgot to drop your package off at the designated drop off location. Therefore your package was at 1600 3rd Street at the FedEx Ship Center. It should go back out for Monday delivery at the original requested address. The drivers for Saturday deliveries are usually different than the drivers for weekday deliveries.
You can drop off next day packages until 7pm from my experience.
Yes but it could be out on the road when you get there. Call first or go to pick it up in the evening. Make sure you have the right location
