I love the Mavis chain. This visit (White Plains location) was rough -- I'd made a 9am appointment and was told it was 2 hours before my car would be taken for new tires. What's the point of the appointment? "Well you got bumped because we had a lot of walk ins." ? Huh? Put them at the end of the runway, not those of us who got there at a specified time. In any event, they did the work. And their prices can't be beat.

Oh no!! tire inflation warning light flashes on rte 287 in White Plains - during rush hour at 5:30 PM !! Pressure was dropping fast - so we searched for a service station and Mavis popped up. I had used them before with good results - and as luck would have it - they were open until 8:30 PM The staff was expedient and kind - and told us they would look it over and call us with either a fix or replacement suggestion. We left for a dinner nearby - and about 1.5 hours they called and told us we were all set Amazing !! THEN when we returned to Mavis - they did not even charge us for the tire plug repair - I even tried to offer a nice tip - which was also refused. A VERY stressful event turned into a remarkable story and result. Hats off to everyone at Mavis in White Plains - I will surely return there for all my tire needs in the future !!!

Be very careful at this Mavis. I took my car here for an oil change and a wheel alignment. After driving to work the next day I noticed the wheel alignment was just as bad as it was as before. So I decided to take it to another mechanic shop . They told me the left lower ball joint was. I told them not is not possible because I took the car for a wheel alignment the day before. They called me in the shop and showed. I decided to check the oil filter while I was there and lo and behold the car had the same blue filter that was there for the pass six months. I went back there and explained to a gentleman by the of Ryan I believe, he made copies of my receipts and told me they would call me. It has been 2 months now i I haven’t received any calls. I emailed Mavis and I’m still waiting for a response. I paid $198 for service that was never done. Be aware of there scam

I went there to get my tire fixed and it was a 1-2-3!!! The front desk and other staff members were professional welcoming and friendly which made this a great experience great job guys honestly you got my baby fixed!!! 👍👍👍 I recommend coming here if your tire messes up 🙏🙏 thanks a lot Mavis!!!

They will often provide a discount if you ask them if they have a coupon. Also check their website, as specials or coupons are often posted on the page where they describe the service. They have one for $10 off am alignment through 12/31/19 posted now.
It depends on the tires you need, they all cost different amounts. Alignments I think run about $129 but you should call your local Mavis.
