Modern and clean facilities. The website booking process is simple and hassle-free. Most importantly, the staff members (both front-of-house / check-in and the massage therapists) are awesome! I come here about 1-2x a year (not nearly as enough as I'd like), and I always leave more relaxed and at ease (physically and emotionally) than when I arrived. As a runner, I find that these massages really make a difference, and remind me to stretch and massage my own muscles more often.

It should be advertised that a 90 min massage is only 80 mins. I’m not sure why they ask to fill out forms on massage areas to avoid because I wrote that I wanted extra attention on my hands and to avoid my scalp. The masseuse did neither. I even reiterated before the massage started to focus on my hands. Very unsatisfied. The room was very cold. Including the floor for my feet and the entire room. Every time the blanket moved I got goosebumps. The oil was also cold. If you cannot avoid the cold floor or room temperature, I would recommend providing slippers and room heaters.
