I worked at Wildflower for 9 months and it is the worst place ever to put your elderly.......the management doesn't care about the residents, all they care about is the money in their pockets...if the residents get sick and need to go to the doctor, all they say is "well let's watch then and see how they do".....well from personal experience, it's to late

Can’t keep decent help. Terrible food and care. Really has gone down hill from years ago when Wildflower was the premier adult care facility

This is such a caring community with loving team members.

I am a current employee at wildflower lodge. I would highly recommend living or working here! I love each and everyone of my residents and co workers. Everyone works the butt off to make sure the residents get the best care possible. Managment is great and works with me and my schedule (especially during the summer when I travel more). We are short staffed here currently but everyone is doing their part to help out where they need it, including management! I look forward to coming to work everyday!
