This is the worst hospital I’ve ever seen. The staff is terrible and it is honestly dangerous for patients to be admitted due to the stupidity of the people there.

My midwife attended home birth ended up at Speare Labor & Delivery. I expected to be traumatized given the switch of venue & expectations. Though we were given a 5 star experience at every level, every day of the week long stay. I cannot fathom receiving a better experience elsewhere & would highly recommend birthing with them. I’ve never experienced a high end boutique birthing center offering all levels of anticipated care, though it felt like one.

Called today to get info on monoclonal antibody infusions. I was just diagnosed with COVID Thursday while in Me. (Two boosters later)The clinician I saw strongly suggested this treatment due to a cardiac history. I could not have the infusion while in Me. Which brings me to this hospital. The person I spoke to in the ER was not very personable. I was told the infusions are done in the ER AND at THEIR convenience. I wonder where they list with Medicare surveys? I’m a retired RN and was shocked to hear her emphasize this not to mention just a little “hope you feel better”. Guess I’ll look at what my options are. This is a disgrace.

I went to the Polar Caves slipped on rock and unknown if I dislocated my finger or broke it. A lot of people waiting ahead of me, thought I would be there a long time. Line moved quickly and I was in. C.Richards was EXCELLENT and along with nurses and rad techs. My funky finger was just dislocated. It was put in place and we went back to caves. Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere. Above and beyond service. Thank you all who I met.
