We have a waiting list for our units. Our eligibility criteria can be found on our website. Individuals 18 and older and not yet 62 qualify for an accessible unit if they require the features in the accessible unit (ie: roll-in showers, lower counter tops, no carpeting, etc.). Please call our office for additional information. We would be glad to answer any questions.

We are an apartment complex and provide no health care services to residents.

It does not matter where your income is derived from as long as you meet our eligibility requirements. Those can be found on our website at ucmanor.org or we would be glad to speak with you on the phone.

We don't charge for an appointment. Unless you mean apartments??? Rents are based on income. So, we have eligibility criteria that has to be met and if eligible rent would be 30% of income. all of our information can be found on our website at UCManor.org.
