YOU can't renew a Lease on a Failed unit but must have a signed Lease to keep your voucher. So YOU LOSE your voucher DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE!

Talk to your worker in Virginia. I believe that they have to transfer you section 8 voucher to what ever city/state you are moving to.
