Workers take there pick of donations such as clothes and food. Also when they did bedroom checks I was screamed at women came in room yelling are you here at 11pm at night. I was in family room with 3yr old daughter. I Immediately said I àm here she continued yelling u have to come out roo! Even though door was open. By this time had woken my child up. Then said I had to come out room wake my daughter accused me that I could be naked that's why I had to come out. Who sleeps naked in winter in a shelter with child right there this went on for 3 days before I decided to leave go back to my abuser they mày not hit you but they are abusive!!!!!

No, men are not allowed to stay. However, the Buffalo City Mission has a men side shelter you would have to contact them at 716-854-8181.
Cornerstone is the women and children's part of the Buffalo City Mission. There is a short-term shelter and an extended-term residence depending on the client and her needs.
