This dealer just does what they want. I bought a 2023 Sportage $1000 over msrp and it had no floor mats. I was told I would get them. After a month I called a few times to an excuse both times. I had to bring this car in for a check engine light, yes on a 2023. I asked about the mats, they spoke to the salesman to approve it and they said ok we ordered them. As for the check engine light they said it was fine and reset the light. It’s ok to drive. I received a call to pick up the mats and even though they were approved to give me, they tried to charge me $175.00. I got another check engine light. The same as the first. It was a bad ignition coil which they knew already the first time. They didn’t have the coil and said a week for it. It’s ok to drive. Well it’s not ok to drive with a bad coil as it can do severe damage. No loaner car was offered. While the car was there they took it upon themselves to change my oil without asking or without me asking for it. They also put in 0w30 when the car says 0w20. Both times my car was there the mechanic got grease on my door handle and steering wheel and no attempt to clean.The kicker? I just changed my oil so they wasted my money. They also lowered my tire pressure from the 35 psi on the door tag to 32 psi. I just drove 50 miles so the tires were hot and I got a low tire light. Tire pressure is done when the tires are cold. Almost 3 weeks no coil. No call and they don’t return my attempts to find out what’s going on. I bought or leased 7 vehicles from them. No more. Just got the genuine kia coil myself. It took me 3 days and it was $40 cheaper than on their ticket. Another thing I just saw when I changed the coil was they ripped the engine cover insulation. Just great
