Unfortunately, this Quest site is consistently behind schedule even with an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes for my appointment, I was told "Are doctors appointments ever on time?" I am not sure why this would be an acceptable reason for running significantly behind schedule. There is no way to talk to anyone in person while waiting.

Came in here five minutes before my scheduled appointment time and checked in using a touch screen in the lobby. When I scanned my QR code it pulled up my appointment info right away. Five minutes later, the technician called me in for my appointment. I think I was in and out of here in around 15 minutes total. Also the phlebotomy technician was excellent and I noticed no bruising at all afterward. Thank you so much!
