Cant never get in touch with the therapist there

Came to this place seeking help for my son with alcohol addiction. Was the second one in the door. Signed in and began the wait. After 5 hours of waiting I had had enough. The director reads these reviews and nothing ever changes. Reviews I have read he say reach out. Ha good luck with that. Organizations like this should be held accountable for there actions or in this case poor performance. If they receive state or federal funding it needs to stop. Maybe then they will decide to work for a living..?...

Where does she live? If its here in Lexington there are a few places, the shelter on East 1st street. There is a shelter in high point the salvation army has a shelter. The other shelter I can't give the adress because its for women( their children are the only ones allowed)only. You'd have to call the police department non emergency number for that one. If you need more information plz let me know
You can walkin I have insurance but I have to go tomorrow. That's what I did a as a walk-in. You don't have to be referred as far as I know.
