PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE I REGRET EVER HAVING MY MOM DO HER REHAB HERE AND MY AUNT LEFT THE VERY NEXT DAY IN TEARS WHEN SHE WAS THERE OUR LOVED ONES DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE BELIEVE ME LOOK AT THE RATING AND THE REST OF THE COMMENTS THEIR ARE SOOO MANY THAT SAY HOW BAD IT IS AT THIS FACILITY PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

I'm very disappointed with this place. My mother has been here for months for rehabilitation. She never does any rehabilitation. The food is always cold. She had to be rushed to the hospital twice, most recently because her sugar had dropped dangerously low. Apparently nobody was checking it. They just loading her up with "medicine ".

I worked at Meridian for about two months. My experience until my very last day that I resigned was in appropriate. I was humiliated publicly by two colleagues that I was a thief without making a full on investigation on the matter. I would never use residents funds for my own personal use. I’m a mother of two a daughter, granddaughter I treat my residents with the outmost care and is at my best intentions to allow them to voice their opinions. I’m not the type of person to bash a facility but the way things where handle in my case wasn’t fair. I have seen bullying done among staff and favoritism things that can be one sided when your not liked or in someone’s teams. My years working in healthcare I haven’t seen such things like this until now. I would express and write all that I’m feeling at this very moment but I respectfully say if you plan working in place like this keep in mind your a one man team. Is unprofessional to make negative statements and misjudge someone and accuse in front other fellow staff members. Is absurd to handle things in open spaces instead close doors. Before pointing fingers they need to seek within their own departments who's mishandling residents funds. Is easy to accuse someone to mislead others of their own wrong doings.
