Called for sick visit at 9:00 am. Was told triage nurse would get back to me. Went to urgent care. Finally received a call from triage nurse Dina at 4:05 PM. Apologized and said they are doing the best they can and she would tell primary that I was seen in urgent care. I am sorry but this is unacceptable! We live in the health mecca of the world but you can’t manage to triage your patients until after the office is closed for the day. Totally inexcusable. .

Less than five minutes for a blood test! And the staff told me I could have had it done at Hingham Shipyard location and saved a twenty minute drive! Too bad that the people at Mass General don’t know where the south shore is or that Hull is three miles from Hingham and that Pembroke is twenty three miles away.

You would have to see your PC and get a refferal. I imagine it will take awhile esp if your a new patient. I cant seem to get anything quick
Hi Al. I work at the Pembroke site. We aren't giving the boosters but you can reach out to your local pharmacy to get one there. Hope that helps.

The Pembroke lab is open. You can call to make a lab appointment or visit the Weymouth lab for walk in.
