Work was done in a timely manner.And although the shingles delivered were short of the estimate there was no additional charges. The crew did a great job and they left the job site clean. Kenneth, the owner, even came by the day after to insure the work was completed and even policed the ground for stray nails. We were pleased all around with Window King Of Sanford and would highly recommend them for roofing work.

We asked him to come out on a Monday, show us a sample, walk through the house and give us an idea on what windows needed replace. He never showed up and when I called he apologized and came out in about 30 min with a car full of friends. By that time we no longer had the key to the house we were about to purchase so he was unable to do anything but give an estimate. He said he would be close to our current house the next day and can show us a sample...that didnt happen. He said he would send us a revised estimate the following day..that didn't happen. When I told him that we were going to move on based on him never committing to what he says, he sent a text saying he has plenty of work and doesn't want the job. He told us many times he has been in business 26 years. He told me this soooo many times that it started to get weird. He told me multiple stories about how much cheaper he is and how much money he saves people but his estimate was 1000s over the two previous estimates we got. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't have given a review if he didn't text us that he doesn't need or want our business after telling him we were not going to use him. I noticed in any bad review on here he just denies it and calls the reviewer a liar so I am expecting nothing less from him. I
