The man that answered the phone had no understanding of products they carry and kept me on the phone way too long before transferring me to someone else. I was transferred to a woman who picked up the line laughing and when asked the same question, she said she needed to transfer me to a different phone and then hung up on me. I've called this Meeks twice and both times received the same customer service. I am unable to get past the dysfunctional phone call to get anything I need from this place. Update - Tried one more time and it happened again! I received incorrect information and when I asked to speak to someone else who could help, I was given the runaround and then finally transferred to an.....ANSWERING MACHINE who wasn't available at the moment to answer any of my questions either.
