I would need to know what category the issue you're dealing with lies in. There is a number in which you can call the pharmacy directly, to speak with pharmacy technicians for any questions you may have. There is also corporate number you can call if you feel you need to file a complaint. Also, if the issue is with the type of medication you are receiving, calling your doctor might be the best option. If it's a matter of if insurance or co pay costs, then it would be best to call your insurance company.
